Service Overview

What this service covers

Email is the most common way attackers target businesses. Spoofed messages, phishing links and compromised accounts can lead to data loss, financial harm and damaged reputation. Technical controls such as SPF, DKIM and DMARC help, but they are only part of a broader security approach.

Infinity Techiez provides independent email security and authentication services for businesses that want practical protection without fear-based selling. We do not claim that these controls eliminate all phishing or email threats; instead, we help you implement sensible measures that reduce common risks.

What We Cover

What we help with

Practical assistance for the areas that matter most to your business.

SPF, DKIM and DMARC configuration

Set up authentication records that verify your messages and reduce the risk of domain spoofing.

Domain authentication review

Check that your domain and DNS records are configured to resist unauthorized use.

Access control setup

Review who can access mailboxes, admin consoles and account recovery options.

Multi-factor authentication

Enable MFA on email accounts and admin roles where the platform supports it.

Phishing risk reduction

Configure filtering, reporting and user practices that make phishing less effective.

Security configuration review

Assess forwarding rules, external sharing, mailbox permissions and other risky settings.

Simple, Transparent Pricing

from$49.99

Most one-time fixes and setups start at $49.99. Larger projects like multi-mailbox migrations, DNS overhauls and ongoing administration are quoted per job — you always know the cost before we begin, with no hidden fees.

Common Requests

Everyday email tasks we handle

The most common email jobs businesses ask us about — from provider migrations to fixing delivery problems.

Email migration between providers

Move mailboxes between providers — for example comcast.net to Yahoo Mail, or ISP email to a business platform — keeping messages, folders and contacts intact.

Bulk email deletion & cleanup

Remove large volumes of old or unwanted messages safely, free up mailbox storage and organize folders without losing anything important.

IMAP / POP server setup

Configure IMAP or POP incoming mail settings correctly so email syncs reliably across webmail, desktop and mobile.

Email client setup

Set up Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, mobile mail apps and webmail with the right server, port and security options.

Email not receiving

Diagnose why messages are not arriving — DNS or MX record problems, full mailboxes, filters, blocked senders or server-side issues.

Email not sending

Fix outgoing mail failures — SMTP settings, authentication errors, port blocks, sending limits and reputation problems.

Domain MX record setup

Create or correct MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records so mail for your domain routes to the right servers and passes authentication checks.

Email forwarding setup

Configure forwarding, aliases and catch-all addresses so messages reach the right mailbox — and review forwarding before migrations.

How email authentication works

SPF lists the servers allowed to send email for your domain. DKIM adds a cryptographic signature to outgoing messages so receiving servers can verify they were not altered. DMARC ties the two together and tells receivers how to handle messages that fail checks.

These records are configured in DNS. They do not stop phishing entirely, but they make it much harder for attackers to send messages that appear to come from your domain.

The limits of technical controls

No authentication setup can guarantee that no phishing message will ever be delivered or opened. Attackers can use lookalike domains, compromised accounts or social engineering that technical records cannot prevent.

A practical approach combines authentication, access controls, filtering, monitoring and user awareness. We help you implement the parts that fit your environment and risk tolerance.

Ongoing email security

Security is not a one-time configuration. DNS records change when providers change. New sending services need to be added to SPF. Admin access needs review. DMARC policies may need adjustment as your email usage evolves.

We recommend periodic reviews of authentication records, admin access and forwarding rules so your security posture does not silently degrade.

Typical Situations

Common business scenarios

Situations where this service is most useful.

Concerned about phishing

A business wants to reduce the risk of employees or customers falling for fake messages that appear to come from its domain.

Email going to spam

A company's legitimate messages are being flagged as spam or rejected because authentication is missing or incorrect.

Account compromise

A business has had email accounts accessed by unauthorized users and wants to strengthen security.

Technical

Technical considerations

Details that affect reliability, timing and deliverability.

SPF record limits

SPF has a DNS lookup limit; too many includes can cause failures. Keep records concise.

DKIM key management

DKIM keys should be rotated periodically and stored securely at your provider.

DMARC policy progression

Start with p=none for monitoring, then move to quarantine or reject as confidence grows.

Third-party senders

Marketing tools, CRMs and other services that send on your behalf must be included in SPF and DKIM.

Security

Security considerations

Measures that help protect accounts, data and domain reputation.

Admin account protection

Email admin accounts are high-value targets; enforce MFA and limit access.

Forwarding and delegation

Review who can forward mail or access others' mailboxes to prevent data exposure.

User awareness

Technical controls help, but user training remains important for recognizing phishing attempts.
